To download all the Brit BH episodes goto

I stopped after the first few into S2 because I felt they were suddenly starting new arcs and rushing but that's my preference for the US longer seasons where things can be fleshed a little better. S1 they took just the right bite and amount of story for each character and developed them reasonably, in S2 there were slightly dramatic changes that just happened not too lightswitchy but still, IMHO, due to the short timeframe for the series was the reason they got introduced so quickly so there'd be time to resolve it. I'll check out S3 as it's starting already.

You should've stuck with it, Megan, the finale to season 2 was awesome :grin

Because I skipped most the season, I was surprised that the ending episode wasn't that bad or non-understandable. Because I like spoilers for episodes I don't want to see but just know about the story, I read the Wiki pages. Seeing the culmination was cool but I am not invested enough to completely rave as if it's perfection in a glass. As much as I like the characters the schmaltz to show how emotionally connected the 3 are got a bit treacley for my cynical tastes. Especially the return of the S1 bad guy vamp, he never really reeked of evil to me, but a smarmy bloodthirsty Benny Hill.

The whole set up though is a great story and I can see the SPN writer/producer and Sam just going gangbusters. The guy playing George really could've been played well by Aaron Ashmore. I think they didn't want to repeat seeming like SV so it's weird the Jimmy from the movies was chosen instead. I think the S2 scientist/evangelist female would be the better character for AM to play opposite SW's Mitchell. I didn't particularly get into Laura?? the young S1 girl turned into a vampire and abandoned by Mitchell.

Started watching the original UK version last week. I'm only 3 episodes in and already loving this show. If the Syfy version is half as good, its gonna rock.

Plus wasn't it announced somewhere that Mark Pellegrino (Jakob form Lost, Lucifer from Supernatural) was joining the cast as Sam's characters mentor? Now if only they'd find a role for Misha Collins, the trifecta of geeky awesome would be complete :-D
